The Harbor Subcommittee has confirmed our meeting to discuss lease logistics for the site near the Marina. I am currently preparing the technical proposal to demonstrate how the Boat House fits into the existing space on First Avenue.

The project has reached a critical level of visible support that establishes a clear mandate for our upcoming discussions. I am currently preparing the formal briefing packet for the Harbor Subcommittee meeting to ensure these signatures are presented as a collective community directive.

PLEASE bring this to our town! The marina is the perfect spot for it.
Finally some culture in AH! Do it!
The boat house is beautiful. It would be a crime to lose that history. Hope the harbor board sees the value in this.
Keeping history alive is always a good idea. My kids would love to have a museum right by the skate park.
It looks like a cool old building. Why waste it? Save it and bring it over here.

This would be an awesome spot for an art center. Way better than just letting it sit empty or get torn down.
