I'm vegan and generally the vegan options on campus are pretty good, But the fa ct that Aromark benefits from prison labor is very upsetting to me. As a social justice focused school, we cannot continue to give them our support.

My best friend has lost 10 or so unnecessary pounds due to under eating. The brain of a student should be feed. Especially when your paying for such a pricey tuition at a private University.

When people are hoping to get into Avery and Campbell just because they will have kitchens and finally be able to eat, you know there's a problem.

I have lost a lot of weight since the summer because I cannot eat a lot of the food presented to us without my acid reflux causing me to throw up.

Could there also be more emphasis on inclusive options such as halal food, kosher food, and an expanded vegan food section?

The salad dressings taste funny. There needs to be more variety on meatless Mondays. The rice is not fully cooked at times because it feels very hard in the mouth. The lady who makes the sandwiches always has a nasty attitude too. Don't fire her though. She makes the best sandwiches. Less attitude, more love. (:

I have lost weight and muscle too from the food served at Agnes because my body cannot properly digest it.

Diane, I disagree. Since Agnes is a residential college, a lack of quality nutrition means that we are unable to thrive in our academic and/or social lives.

Agnes does business with a lot of vile companies for a school that supposedly cares so much about activism and social justice or whatever

After reading these comments and seeing that many people also have problems with Mollies I think that a petition should be made for them too.

I and many of my friends have lost weight and muscle mass because of the food at the dining hall not appealing to us, we can't eat it because of dietary restrictions or the hours aren't long enough.

I find it so sad to read the comments from these young ladies... their education should be top priory not the poor quality of their food.

I want to be able to eat at Evans regularly, because breakfast is an important meal and it's easier going there then standing in line at Mollie's. However, the food is often so bad that eating it makes me sick to my stomach. I am a vegetarian, and the vegetables in Evans are usually in bad condition or simply not there except for lettuce and canned vegetables. At Mollie's, the only foods I can dependably get are cheese quesadillas and veggie burgers, and even then those are cooked on the same grill as the meat they serve there. I have a hard time as a vegetarian, and my friends with vegan or gluten-free requirements have an even harder time getting food. We all live here and attend this campus, we should be able to eat here as well.

Miss labled food is a huge problem!!! And I feel like the staff gets annoyed whenever I ask what is in something. I've lost over 35 pounds this year because of lack of food available. Mollies uses the same grill for everything. They hardly ever clean it between cooking. Many times my only option for dinner on the weekends are salad because they only serve pasta dishes during the weekends. Also they have gluten free pasta that they only pull out during special occasions when guests and alumni visit. This is so frustrating. I pay so much money for this food and as a first year I don't have a choice for a meal plan. I have never been able to get breakfast on the week days. Also they fry almost all the meat so I can't eat it. This situation has brought me to tears many times. I just want to be able to eat!!!

A more healthier and tastier diet needs to be woven into the food plan.
