Dear Sir , Builder Buyer Agreement is total one sided & Builder offer this Agreement when we already paid 70% payment , STILL THERE IS NO HOPE Because Builder failed in their all last commitment

Dear Sir, it's high time, that, we the timid flat buyers, has been duped by the builder for long time. 90% payment has been taken from us in first 2 years. And project is delayed almost 4 years now. We are paying our EMIs, and Rent for house as well.Nowbuilder come up with additional demand for escalation charges, and increase in area which is inflated. On the other hand delay penalty has many fine prints so not to be given to us.
Kindly protect our hard earned money.

BPTP is cheating the innocent buyers who are awaiting their homes for last 8-9 years and still awaiting. Khattar Government is sleeping and not taking any action to protect the rigthts of the citizens. All administration people have no interest to respond and look into the grievances of public in large. Must take action against BPTP if they cannot deliver government should take the charge and deliver the flats to the unit holders.

It's high time, BPTP stop harassing your customers who have put their life savings on buying a house from you and you have kept them on tenterhooks, not delivering the house even after more than 8years and expecting them to pay hefty escalation charges for the delay on your part.
