I was born and raised here and moved back to raise my family here as an adult. This will no longer be a safe community .

It will not increase truck traffic on wilmington road so how are the fumes gunna be increased? People complain about peotone not growing but when something big comes into town, they shoot it down, this is a huge chance to make peotone grow! Make peotone great again!!!!

A truck stop is a horrible idea. The 57 interchange area is already dangerous and does not need additional traffic, let alone semi truck traffic. We have enough gas stations for the people of this town. A truck stop has no benefit for us. We would benefit more if we had small shops for our town. Like an Ice Cream shop or new small food places or another grocery store or even a Rec Center for the kids to have an indoor playground or dance hall to enjoy them self's at. We do not need a truck stop nor a hotel in our small town.

I'm for growth, but not a truck stop. Let's try to be proactive and get nicer businesses so they will thrive when the expressway and airport come in. Otherwise we will be Monee. I lived there, I don't for a reason
