Poor choice for a commercial development.

Please keep as much of our non commercial properties as is. We don't want to look like another South Monroe.

Let's leave this neighborhood alone. Don't we have enough businesses in that area already? Listen to the residents for a change.

There is already too much traffic on Thomasville and Kerry Forest. We do not need another strip mall. I already do my best to avoid driving on Thomasville more traffic to the area will just congest my current routes. Keep the area zoned for the church.

Stop the senseless rezoning that let's developers override the concerns of residents about congestion and contributes to the proliferation of commercial tenants that go out of business before their paint is dry.

Surely we have more than enough strip malls in this area----let's keep the greenery-----

As a parent of a child at DeSoto Trail Elementary and a resident of Killearn, I am concerned about the traffic to the area. Plus...the last thing we need around here is another strip mall!!

Keep in mind this is already a very busy area and kids are walking to elementary school and parents dropping off kids at the preschool. We shouldn't make it worse.

I live in Tredington Park and don't think we need more strip malls, mattress stores or car washes. Enough is enough.

Please protect the buffer from Thomasville Road and our homes.

There are so many vacant spaces yet to be rented in other proximal locations. Why are we building HERE when the space is not needed and there is land not far away better suited? Go north of Bannerman Road and stop this policy of developing every visible acre of land regardless of who it affects/hurts. When is the City going to stop stomping on homeowners' rights?

Please don't rezone this corner. We need to maintain some of the current landscape.

Thomasville Rd. does not need to become another Capitol Circle. Stop clear cutting our beautiful town!
