Enough. When Wal Mart went it, there were rules, they had to have trees, it had to sit back from the road... now you're building on every corner while other buildings sit empty and RUINING the beauty of Thomasville Road. It has to stop! This is not Tennessee Street!

Do not build on this tree sheltered corner. These homeowners do not need clear cutting, pavement and traffic in their front yards.

I agree with this petition. We already have to deal with an unneccessary new car wash and a strip mall across the street. The development of this area is out of control. You can see that nothing of importance is going in at these strip malls. No one will frequent them and they will close up shop in a short period of time due to poor sales. Besides no one I know will go to a dentist located in a strip mall such as the one across the street from this proposed strip mall.

My child is at DeSoto Trail and this corner can not tolerate more traffic. This is a terrible location for businesses.

As the President of Kingsmill HOA, just about 1/2 mile further North on Thomasville Road, I would be very upset if this happened with the parcel of land adjacent to our subdivision. This will adversely affect the property values of St. Ives & Mint Hill and add much more traffic congestion. Our City Commisioners need to do the right thing for those communities & keep the commercial strip shopping centers on the West side of Thomasville Road!

I agree with Mr. Yood's comment - "Leave the East side of Thomasville Rd at Kerry Forest the way it is, GREEN!"
There is sufficient commercial development in the area and no need to further degrade living standards of the residents and taxpayers living in this (currently) nice area.

Let this land stay green! We are losing our natural green buffers to commercial eyesores which we don't need!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live near this part of town and am strongly opposed to rezoning this area and creating even more frustrating and dangerous traffic patterns.

We have enough strip malls in this area and do not need more. This is a beautiful community and we already have a lot of traffic to contend with.

A strip mall in that area would be a complete travesty! I would not feel comfortable sending my young child to Annsworth if a strip mall were to pop up.
