This location will has poor access for the amount of traffic it would generate and will be the first step in turning our area into a I- 81 rest stop.

No fair to the person living only 60’ away, in addition to there being such limited amount of space. Seems dangerous and like one hell of an eye sore. Enough is enough.

Please leave some nature in our. Township. We have enough empty commercial space available to fill up first. Traffic on Kerrville is dangerous enough. I used to live in the live and drive Wentzville everyday.

At some point the continuous development of all available land space in Cumberland County needs to stop. The benefits of green spaces protect us and our environment and significantly enhances the aesthetics and livability of the area. There seems to be unbridled development all around with a significant lack of planning and commitment to preservation. Every free space has a strip mall or warehouse or branded chain restaurant. Zoning laws are our only protection from over development. Is this a discussion that occurs within any of the planning processes?

Too much land being taken from the wildlife Townships are being greedy and build wherever land is available. This causes more traffic and congestion on Wertzville Road

Wertzville Rd. is already too busy with traffic!!! We don't need any more places that will make the narrow road more congested!!! I was driving there last week, and I was amazed at how DARK the roadway is after sunset!!! ( AND WITH THE DANGEROUSLY BRIGHT LIGHTS IN THE NEWER VEHICLES, IT IS SO HARD TO SEE THE ROAD IN FRONT OF YOU!!!! I actually drove past my destination because I was afraid to take my eyes off the road to see the building I was going to!!!! I found myself up on Mountain Rd. and had to turn back!!!

Hampden Township needs to stop destroying the community by allowing constant rezoning. I've lived in the township for 54 years. It seems the zoning board what to make most of the township look like the Carlisle Pike. There was heavy opposition to Sheetz putting in a new store/car wash at St. John's Rd and the Pike. Planning commission didn't care. Please do not rezone the parcels.

Those of us living along Wertzville Rd are NOT interested in creating a dynamic so similar to Carlisle Pike. We live here for a reason; Peace and Quiet.

I am not in favor of the rezoning of up to eight parcels on the southwest corner of the Good Hope Road/ Wertzville Road intersection from Low Density Residential to Commercial.
