Petition Against the Rezoning of Good Hope Road/Wertzville Road Intersection

I am against zoning this Good Hope/Wertzville Rd area to commercial as it is already a busy enough intersection with traffic and businesses. Please do not ignore our neighborhood need for green space and room for local neighbors.

We do not need another shopping center on an already busy rural road. If anything is built there it should be new homes, not commercial property. The abandoned eye sore homes should be demolished once and for all. Another use is using the land as a "Green Space" Park.

I am not in favor of the rezoning of up to eight parcels on the southwest corner of Good Hope/Wertzville

Not in favor for commercial development there . There are a lot of car accidents in this area already and this is will make even more unsafe .

Not in favor for development of that area . Too much traffic and accidents there already !

We do not need additional commercial traffic on this already busy intersection.

Stop commercial expansion on Wentzville Road.

I strongly oppose changing these parcels to commercial. This is already a high traffic area.

I totally disapprove such a zoning plan which can make the already busy intersection more busier

Our children's school is on Good Hope. Blind spot pulling out of school, especially at 8am and 3pm, we do not need bad traffic, being turned to worse!

Wertzville has enough issues that aren't being addressed and adding more traffic will compound the number of accidents that occur there. We should not be adding more traffic and transportation issues at this point.
