I am not in favor of rezoning to Commercial. I am mostly concerned about the safety issues and this involves traffic flow on Wertzville Road and Good Hope Road.

I travel the area a LOT and I cannot see how rezoning this area is a viable solution to an unwanted issue. There are PLENTY of warehouses being built that are mostly empty - I'm thinking Carlisle Pike near the existing trucking companies.

I There is already so much traffic at this corner already. Just imagine the addition of more cars traveling on Good Hope Rd.! Keep our corner safe by refusing to rezone at this intersection!

I am totally against Wertzville and Good Hope Roads being considered for commercial property. Our roads around here are so jammed up with traffic already. Stop !!!!!

I do NOT support rezoning the area of Wetzville Rd /Good Hope Roads. This rezoning is not acceptable, and puts current residents in poor living/driving conditions.

Please keep these parcels zoned for residential use only. Wertzville road is already a traffic nightmare in that area.

We don't need more buildings in this area. Hampden is getting overrun by lands being developed. Also very dangerous intersection.

Commissioners, please keep that area residential and not make it commercial. It is too narrow now and then to add extra traffic is unnecessary.
