We the undersigned strongly oppose the rezoning of land at the corner of Thomasville Road and Kerry Forest Parkway from church to commercial use (Northampton Addition PUD, PRZ170002). The proposed strip mall is an attack on the aesthetics of the Kerry Forest community, the quality of life and property values of the residents of the adjacent neighborhoods of St. Ives and Mint Hill, and it will negatively impact all residents of surrounding neighborhoods through a poorly planned traffic pattern that will cause hazards and gridlock for people driving on Kerry Forest Parkway at the corner of Thomasville Rd.
