1) No 2) No 3) No 4) N/A Summer St in Orange is a good example of why parallel parking in a main street is a bad idea

you've got to have lived here for at least 30 years or have been born here before you can have a say on how the locals can live here. Bloody shame this.

This will not work in a small town especially when there are not enough parking now. It will also take business away from the businesses. As if they haven’t had enough to deal with this year with covid as well. Wake up council you guys need to get your heads out of your arses and look t the big picture instead of what you want. Listen to the public.

These changes are bad for bathurst. Part of the beauty of the town is the beautiful streets.

I wish this was more well known, very poor communication on behalf of council. These changes to the CBD will not be positive. I oppose these changes.

No, I have not been notified of this change. Ian completely against these changes as it takes away a lot of parking and also the ease of shopping in Bathurst.

In my opinion this will take away too much ease of access to stores, closing russell st, between William and George will effect the court house and the Conservatorium of music. There is already minimal parking in the centre of town. Parking in Hereford st and getting a bus to town????? That is not practical from someone with children, or someone who needs to visit multiple stores, or do a big grocery shop. If in a hurry it is imperative to businesses that their clientele is able to find a park close by, for those moments when they are times poor, or it is raining etc.

What a ridiculous idea! It's bad enough closing off Russell St for special events. It disrupts the whole CBD. Give small businesses a break! They do it tough enough as it is.
