The explanations of why this is not appropriate from Tory MPs do not hold weight for any intelligent, decent person.. stop seeing this from the protectionist perspective of the wealthy and imagine your child was hungry

If the government is paying advisors to "Track and Trace" more than £6000 per day how can it defend letting vulnerable children go hungry?

Please provide hot meals for our children. Don't punish the because they living in homes that are not always financially secure. Please show some compassion for our children. We are the 5th/6th richest country in the world. Give hope to those in despair. Please.

As a school governor I ask you to help our children. If children are hungry during term time they are hungry in the holidays too.

If children need free school meals during term time, I can't see how the need goes away outside term. Your vote was mean.

Robert you have children. Imagine if it was yours that you could not feed due to whatever reason. No one make a choice to not feed their children. Having some grand plan that your party will never deliver does not help the here and now. Do the right thing
