Very much against having apartments put in, especially with as much police activity has been happening at the Wyngate apartments.

Please do rezone this area for apartments. We were told this would be commercial when we purchased our home. If we thought apartments were going up we would not have purchased here. Please reconsider. Our neighborhood definitely does not want to deal with the look of apartments or the property value decreases of our homes. The crime rate goes up as well.

Please do not build apartments in this location. When we moved here it was zoned for commercial. We all want it to stay that way. Apartments are ugly to look at and lower our property values. The crime in the area goes up as well. Thank you for your time.

Building an apartment complex in our neighborhood will put additional strain on the school here, it will increase the traffic on the major streets and on our neighborhood streets and it will increase crime in our neighborhood.
We moved here because it is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Help us keep it that way.

The one lane road in this area does not support this growth.

In a city that lacks public transportation options like a bus line and hasn’t built a school in 10 years, we don’t have the infrastructure to support more medium density housing. There are already a few new medium density neighborhoods under construction in other parts of Surprise. This corner of Surprise would benefit more with a commercial zone, like it was originally created. One that supports the existing housing, such as a gas station or supermarket, is more efficient use of the land than overburdening our schools and roadways.

We were told by the builder that there would be no apartments built behind us and that it was zoned for commercial.

We need more businesses (not more apartments) to support our community. The schools are already overflowing with the population already in this area.

Right now we have three new apartment developments in progress. Before planning another apartment complex, let's see what the demand is for the housing. We still need something for these people to DO!
