My husband and I are very much against having apartments so close to our home. Especially since there are so many available acreage lots elsewhere in the city of Surprise

Please do not build apartments in this location. We all bought our homes with the understanding that this part was zoned commercial. This will overcrowd our schools and put to much strain on our roadways.
