I do believe the apartments should be built there. When everyone purchased here we were told it was for a shopping area

This project is not in the best interest of our city, or it's current neighbors.

Our development sold us our homes with the assurance of the zoning......and we’ve already lost thousands of dollars in equity with the market crash.

Against apartments at Cactus and Reems due to stress on infrastructure and added stress on the local school. Cactus is very busy and cannot support more traffic flow.

We are against apartments at Cactus and Reems due to the stress on resources and infrastructure. Cactus is already busy especially at school times and adding apartments will only flood the road with more drivers than it can currently handle. The local school is also overly full with 30+ kids we class, adding apartments means more kids going to a school with already stressed resources.

My home is on 156th drive in direct view of thiese proposed apartments. I was told this property was zoned commercial when I bought and that was part of my decision to buy. I do not want people viewing my backyard.
