Stick with the original plan as I was told when I first purchased in Greer ranch in 2008. This is not what homeowners want.

I sign this because I am a home owner in Greer Ranch . There are so many other places to build apartments out here besides Reems and cactus . Hear the people and do what’s right no one wants it here and we are the people !

These corners were meant for shopping centers and commercial businesses. They are not for low income housing or rental properties. We have enough issues already with rentals and apartment type buildings in the area. The schools already are packed. Stick to the original plan.

I have purchased two house in Greer Ranch since 2008 with the belief that the corners would eventually be used for commercial development. I am opposed to multi-family rental housing in those areas.

They're already building a redbull bottling warehouse off reems and Peoria.. put something better than apartments off reems and cactus
