Until they figure out how to get Greer Ranch Parkway fixed so the parents dropping kids off and picking up from school doesn't block emergency vehicles from getting through, I do not want any more housing in this neighborhood.

We thought this was a wonderful neighborhood to buy in and so we did. We were informed this large lot would be used for commercial...selling point. We did not spend mega $$$ to have multi family housing there. Please reconsider and choose another lot.

NO apartments! It's bad enough that now a Red Bull factory is being put in at Reems & Peoria. This is ridiculous.

The corner of Cactus and Reams needs a grocery store, restaurants or even a gas station more than an apartment complex.

As a 13 year old living in this neighborhood I disagree with the soon to be construction of the apartments because as a kid this neighborhood is very peaceful and very quite with apartments around this would disturbed the peace that we have in our neighborhood
