I do not wish apartments to be built in our Neibor hood. I feel it will bring in the lower income element into our environment and lower our property values.

I hope the city of surprise is not build more of those little apartments are going to run the entire housing area where ever they build them

Please do not build the apartments at Reems/Cactus... Greer Ranch was designed as a nicer family community & the influx of apartments brings transient living & people who generally do not take ownership in a community... this brings property levels down & increases crime rates. We are buying in Greer Ranch because there were no apartments near by & the crime rate was low!!! Please no apartments at Reems!/Cactus!
