This should be used to commercial and not apartments. This will not add value to my home in Marley Park. It will change the vision we were looking for.

We have enough Apartments in this area already.

This is not an appropriate use of the land, and will result in school's filled to capacity. With the current housing developments underway, commercial development will follow.

I’m against this rezoning

I do not want more apartments, fast food, and storage units around the community. We pay good money to live in the community and we should be limiting these big city ideas which Surprise is not. The people making these decisions have no clue what Surprise is or where it came from.

Please do not allow this developer to build apartments on the edge of our community. This will bring down our property values over time and overburden our schools.

I am opposed to re-zoning to allow apartments to be built. Apartments create over-populated areas in locations which were not designatedd to support concentrated numbers of people. The character of Surprise will be depreciated with adding an apartment complex at such a location.

Do not e-zone to apartments.

I am against adding more apartments to my neighborhood. We have enough property crime from people who don't live here, and apartment complexes often lower the property values in the surrounding neighborhoods.
