YES. this is way overdue. stop making excuses for people who dont know how to act like adults.
wish they had this back when i was in school. would of saved a lot of people a lot of trouble.
sounds like common sense to me. really dont see why this is even a debate.
its about time this became a standard. no means no should be the bare minimum but asking is just basic respect.

too many people get away with way too much. this policy needs to be everywhere not just some schools.
