To CREATE an environment in which sexual assault is unacceptable and survivors are supported.

The emails I receive from survivors are heavy and remind me why this work is necessary even when progress feels invisible. I am spending my nights documenting these stories so that the administration cannot ignore the reality of life on this campus.

Reaching this level of support feels like a heavy weight has shifted even if the climb remains steep. It is exhausting work to keep pushing against this silence but seeing your names attached to this pledge keeps me moving forward.

Thank you for doing this. More people out there have been raped than you might see. Rape doesn't always look like we expect it to.
I am a girl and I want to do the right thing ,the first step to make this world better.
This is so overdue. Everyone deserves to feel safe walking home at night without worrying about this stuff.
I pledge to: •Look out for someone who has had too much to drink •Realize we have a role to play in stopping sexual assault •Keep an eye on someone in a vulnerable situation •Help a survivor report a sexual assault if he or she wants to
It's on us to create a safe environment where sexual assault and rape are not issues.
It's been hidden too long ! We must change the culture!
