This is unfair to the citizens of Phoenix to be burden with another cost. The airport makes so much from tourists, that we can not rent cars or pay the 25.00 a day to park. This is unfair to the local people these companies serve!

Please let the local business survive and not tax them and the consumers to death!

I believe PHX is entitled to reasonable compensation for direct costs associated with providing traffic control and staging of ALL commercial vehicular traffic on airport premises. Singling out off-airport parking companies is unfair and discriminatory.

I find this tax interesting. It's like saying "we encourage individuals to drive their own cars and clog up the roads, but we're going to tax carpools" These offsite parking areas HELP the airport conduct its business. A FAIR fee would be one that looks at the cost of running the buses for these companies onto airport property versus the costs the airport would incur if all those people were driving onto the airport and looking for parking there.

Reasonable and proportionate is appropriate to recover costs. If it is a new revenue stream then taxing every vehicle for the use of road infrastructure is the only appropriate method. You do with with a toll system.

Before you know it, they will set up a toll booth to charge everyone that enters the airport area. I guess what they're saying is we should all stay home.

If you drive Off site parking company's out of business, are you prepared to create the number of parking spaces lost?

This is wrong and not the way to raise additional revenue for the airport. Your lots are almost always full - this is penalizing.

Customers already pay a trip fee to get to the airport. If Sky Harbor needs to make money, they should offer a new service transporting us to the airport.

City and Airport officials need to refrain from interfering with the businesses that offer a valuable and reasonably priced service to the traveling public. This is the power of government overreaching its authority.

This ultimately is a tax on the people who use the airport. We already pay too many indirect taxes.

I do not support the Trip Fee wanted by the airport. A Fair Fee is more readonable.

Keep current process without a tax to these companies.
This is a shallow attempt to get more fees to line pockets of government officials, and is punitive to transportation companies and the pubic.

This action will certainly reduce the parking companies ability to provide good service at a reasonable cost.

I have seen this at other airports and it only causes more congestion for travelers as companies set up timed pickups and it does nothing to correct the traffic congestion at the airport
