TOTAL BUREAUCRACY. Let us help our clients again.
Seriously. Why take away the tools we need to do our jobs effectively? Bring back ABC access for coordinators.
My work has been such a headache since this changed. Please reconsider this policy because it hurts the people who rely on us.
This is ridiculous. We need to be able to make these changes ourselves so the people we help actually get their services on time. Stop wasting our time.
The current process is way too slow and the clients are the ones stuck waiting. Fix this now.
