The power company is out of control, inwent from $100 bill to a $400 bill just like that and I never made any changes, I'm never home and my heat stays on 65 there's no reason for it

My bill is crazy considering the only thing that's electric in this house is the refrigerator, cooking stove and light my bill is almost 70$ my heat is gas and the hit water heater as well... what really going on

Someone needs to put a leash on aep it's getting out of control and will get worse if someone doesn't step up and regulate them.

It's ridiculous how they charge "what they want to". I had a little apartment with 3 rooms total with a wall heater and just me living there and had to pay almost 400 dollars on a bill. There have been others like it, especially in winter months. I have friends that have small homes and their bills have been around 1,000 dollars. They need investigated!! Better Business Needs to take action, or someone does. It's an outrage, especially the way this economy is right now. People can barely feed their kids.
