I have talked to a lot of people who have had their bills doubled and we have a VERY warm winter and not used as much power as we did in the summer. How is that possible?

I am on the monthly budget plan. Started out at $289 now up to $372. Might as well not even be on it.

They are out of control I have a building that has nothing plugged in and the lights are off and the bill is the same as it was when I had a refigater in it

AEP never reads my meter and charge whatever they want. My power bill went from 140 to 312 in one month!!! Outrageous!!
