I would love to see these outrageous power bills be lowered!! I am Disabled on a fixed income its very hard to pay for bills that keep going higher & getting no explainable answer for the double amt when call AEP to discuss why?... Thank you!

Absolutely they are out of control! I can't get over how high these bills are! Even rich people are having a hard time paying their bills! I can't imagine how poor people like me are doing it! I'm barely keeping my power on!

Outrageous amounts AEP is charging for services! It hasnt even been a cold winter thus far so no reason our bills should be doubled!!!!

They are making ppl pay way to much and I'm in wv and thair has been to many times even when I paid my bill on time they would come and shout are stuff off and then we would be made to pay a lot of money to get it back on they make it really hard on you

AEP runs a monopoly in the southeastern Kentucky area charging whatever they want. Huge bill jumps with no explanation. It is time someone looks into what is going on, put a stop to it, and have them reinverse their customers for all that they have done!!

My meter was bad and I received a 600 dollar light bill and will not credit me back. They say it was not the meter. But my light bill dropped 300 dollars the next month.

Agreed all should have to be refunded back to us with intrest it's a shame our power bill is more then our rent or house payment how are people suppose to pay that and live
