We need to stop AEP from robbing the american people. Enough is enough every other month they ask for rate increases.then they supposedly read your meter by computer now which is completely bogus its just another way for them to rob the working man so we need to stop them now.

I live in a mh and my electric bill is ridiculously high I'm a single mom and struggle as it is and the high electrivy bills causes me to get behind on everything else it needs to stop sometimes I can't even buy groceries because I'm always worried about the next AEP bill my last one was over 600.00 and that's my whole paycheck not to mention the rest of my bills

I'm tired of paying 600.00 light bill I would call them they would tell me it's an actual reading that's not true the temperature outside have not been the same as last year fed up

These prices going up on everyone is unacceptable, there's people who are having too choose between food, utilities, and medicine without seeing their pay checks going up, not counting when you add kids to this, people have had enough of all the utilities always going up !!!!

My bill is in my grandfather's name because I am living in his house but I am responsible for paying it because he pays his own bill for the house he lives in.. I am a single mother and not working so it is hard enough to get by now and these increases are redicules my last bill was over $300 and we didn't even have up Christmas lights or a tree or anything and wasn't here for most of the month.

They're doing customers wrong. Our power bill runs 700 or over in the winter, which is ridiculous!
