My power bill went from $120 to $231 and it wasn't even that cold I had my heat turned down and never did turn any Christmas lights on. My husbands garage was $48 and he was never even in it didn't even turn the lights on. That's just ridiculous.

AEP are crooks. Raising peoples bills just to cover there ignorance. Mine has doubled.

I don't know how they expect people to pay the bills when they are on a fixed income from disability or ssi and they receive a total of 4-9 hundred a month an there bill is 5-8 hundred are these people supposed to pay only power an that's it?

I was one who was forced to pay a deposit due to late payments even though I had paid late fees as an incident of the late payments.

My normal power bill for my THREE room apartment (literally living room, bed room, and bathroom... three rooms) is normally $70/month, not bad, but this month has jumped to $240. For THREE rooms. I know other people with larger homes have much higher rates to pay and I don't know how they manage, but for such little space I find it outrageous that my bill can go from $70 to $240.

My electric bill has gotten so high it's ridiculous! My husband was in the hospital from 11/22-01/07/17. We spent most of the time with him. My bill was even higher during this time. (No lights or TV's were left on) I heat with gas....

Seems like it keeps going up. Would love to have sensible bills. It's getting I have to mAke a choice in paying bills, buy medicines, or eat for the month. We people that are on fixed incomes can afford to live. We don't live on a salary like Donal Trump.
