When u have to decide whether to pay electric or take meds and feed ur family there is no reason that anyone is America should have to do this all along paying these high bills and still staying cold in their own home

You're rates are outrageous!! I have to choose between paying my electric bill or buying groceries every month!! This is no way any American should live!! We demand lower rates!!

I believe that since AEP has no competition in our area, they over charge. Especially doing the month of December. A friend had a building and the only electric was only used to run the refrigerator and their bill for one month was over $400.00. They think thst everyone over using in December for Christmas lights. They are wrong. I believe they should show the meter reading.

I have done things to help my bill be lower and it hasn't worked. I've turned down the thermostat,started using gas heaters, and fixed any places where cold air was coming in. But it went up $100 then $50 more this last time. It's to where you're choosing paying the electric bill and buying groceries.

How can my bill more than doubled from last year??? Mild weather and according to the usage I used used less kilowatts ??? I smell a rat!!!!
