I can't get one bill paid until there's another one. I'm paying what I can but they're not satisfied. Then they add a deposit on top of it. I can't do it anymore!

My AEP bill was ridiculous and when asked they bluntly told me it was pretty much a guessed estimation.

My power bill was 609.88 for last month and 608.88 this month just a dollars difference and we use no more power than we usually u do and it's usually 475-575 a month

My house is mainly gas ran and some hoe I'm still having 370 buck bills!!!! Only thing electric is my light skin stove and dryer! Something has to happen soon!

From a $135 monthly bill, that was never paid late, to a $500 monthly bill that we cannot afford. Shameful.

I cant afford food because electric bill is outrageous. Mine goes up rather I use it or not. Tired of it.

My electric bill is rediculous on a house I'm just now moved into and does not have stove, washer and dryer, or even fridge yet. I've been here for 2 months my heat stays on 65 and it's a small newer model mobile home. This is rediculous. $500 for one month and my old home they're saying I owe $1100 bill for 2 months.

Our bill was almost $800 for one month !!! I called their customer service and needless to say they are some very rude people. Ridiculous all the way around and something needs to be done!!

It's bad when you have to choose between heat and food ...someone needs to reign AEP in...I had to finance my heat bill last year up into Sept. I walk around in my new, well built home to coat and boots...still have a bill off the charts.
