I find it ridiculous these outrageous bills. I can manage to pay mine but my dad is 86 and only draws $760 a month. His bill is over $200, that only leaves him very little to buy groceries and pay his Dr. visits. I really think they need to consider the elderly and the ones on fixed income

december, january and february bills are always outrageous every year and this year it has not even been that cold. They automatically double everyones during these months

This has went on far to long. Every winter AEP raises rates so high that the people just can't afford it. We can barely make it the way it is now. This has to be stopped now. Mine jumped from 115 to 275 in one month. I'm hardly ever here so there is no reason for this kind of price hike.

I live in a double wide with a brand new year pump. We keep our house 68 degrees or less year round. My bill tripled this month. It's more than $100 higher than the summer months when we run the AC non-stop.

Every month no matter how much I pay on my power bill I get a disconnect notice, it never fails.

I just moved to ky and had to pay a $588 deposit when I have had power in my name before with aep and didn't owe a bill.... This is stupid to pay a deposit when you have had a account with aep and payed on time and they wouldn't let me make payments either $588 up front

My power bill is outrageous every month and everyday when we leave for work, we do not leave things turned on. It is ridiculous!!
