My bill has never been more then 102. havent used no heat this month only a tiny space heart turn off all lights at all times and get a bill for 400.. im beyond mad cant afford it.

Quit robbing people! People have a hard enough time as it is! No one can get a step ahead because of greediness from these companies. They can do whatever they want to people and it isn't right! People have children to raise and shouldn't have to slack on food and necessities because you all decide to raise the bills just because you can.

My main heat source is propane and we went from $130 to $314 in a month even though it hasn’t been very cold.

I have been at my house 4 years with worse winters and my bill is more than rent. 700 dollars for a 3 bedroom home. Thats more than rent here. It has come between keeping light and feeding my family. I have maxed out my c.c to pay all the bills. My normal bill with aep is 300. How am I using 400 more on a mild winter. I can't afford the bill with 4 kids do they care. No if not paid my this time you will be cut off. I'm at a loss trying to stay a float and no be homeless.

Never in my life have I seen a bill this high for electricity!
How can I use so much KW that they claim I do if I'm never home due to WORK. I literally work a second job to pay for my electric bill. Thats very uncalled for. Not very good customer service if you ask me. We give and give and all they do is take. How about giving back for a chance AEP! After all we, the customers, are the only reason you are still in business.

I compared our power bill this month ($600) to the exact month last year ($212). We have updated our insulation and made a few other power saving updates since the previous year. We also have used the exact same heating and cooling system. Why are the charges more than double???? This company needs a reality check.

I Got My Bill And It Was $273.00 I Don't Understand I Just Use Kerosene, This Year Because My Bill Was So High Last Year, And I Switch To Kerosene Hope The My Bill Would Be Lower But It's Not. I Guess The Are Charging Me For Kerosene. Something Needs To Be Done With AEP.

"Year End Dividends!"{that's what the overages on The People's payments are all about in a nutshell!}... aep is now requiring me to pay a $72.00 deposit because of a policy(so-called) I have never seen or read about.. I have been late on some bills, I am disabled and get only so much money a month, BUT I HAVE PAID THE LATE FEES. WHAT POLICY? Power To The People [imagine that] end extortion; end the monopoly! P.S. my area has hydro-electric, bills should be dirt cheap.

ALL the CROOKS in DC have their hands in this mess. Even the President just issued tariffs on solar panels. He doesn't want money coming out of his pocket either. AEP has to increase OUR rates to pay their lobbyists in DC to keep from coming down on them....in a nutshell...

My bill went from 217 to nearly 450. We keep heat set at 66-67, have all energy efficient light bulbs and had energy star roof put on last fall. AEP charges are out of control!

I am so sad look at electric bill for Jan it $1,020.33 I heat protect gas ⛽️ they mush something wrong with meter we live 2 bed room mobile home we don’t draw that much income we never catc h up on this bill we have other bill to we need help praying

$545 is the latest bill. Before that it was $350ish. No changes. Heat set on 70. 65 at night. I’m being forced to get a second job just to pay this. I can’t afford this plus feeding the kids and gas to get to work. I’m thinking the ways of the Amish sounds better every day
