I have two heaters, two tvs, and turn off everything else. Yet we are hitting $500 a month. This is highway robbery and out and out theft.

So Going back to 3 months of bills November bill for only 14 days was 600kwh, next month a whole 30 days at 3,973 kWh and my newest bill of 5,477 kWh! Something is seriously wrong currently owe almost $900. I have never paid this much money for power in my life! Duke Power please come save us!!!!!

My bill went from $300 to $600 in one month and yet I haven't done anything different and changed anything. On top of that, I leave my heat off all day and we live on a very strict budget. This company is draining my family of every cent we have! And I'm sick of it!

My bill has doubled since last year. There has been no changes at my home. My bill is running 520.00 a mth. Thats crazy. I can not afford that.

Currently on the budget and our bill was still over $400. I called and asked AEP to come do a manual reading and I was told they no longer do that everything is monitored through a computer. Also was told my December bill was so high due to the negative temperatures that happened in JANUARY. Pretty sad people are having to make decisions to either keep the lights on or feed their children. Had we not have been on the budget I was told by AEP our bill would have been $850. RIDICULOUS!!

Tired of having to pay $500+ a month in the winter just because they know they can do whatever they want because people can’t go without heat in the winter. Pathetic.

Aep price Increases are getting out of hand. No way that many people have the same amount increase in 1 billing cycle. And I want an explanation on what generation of services is, and why so costly.
