Why does the goal keep going up? Is it keeps going up does that mean this is meaningless. It went from 5000 to 8000 to 10000. Is it some sort of joke to make sure there's never really enough signatures.

My daughter & there husband both work & live pay day to pay day & they got a power bill for$779.00. seriously who can afford to pay that? They have 2 small kids. Then when she calls about it they want to get nasty with her on the phone instead of being helpful.

They anticipate the bills to b higher in winter due to the bad and cold weather when its a mild winter like we are having this winter they still charge higher electric rates robbing peter to pay paul !!!!!

It's getting rediculous I an not hear often and don't have electric heat and don't leave anything on while I am gone and my bill is 100 this month
