It's truly sad the way this company has abused the control that they have over us all. There needs to be limits .

Yes I have a baby and got a disconnect bill I called to talk to them about waiting till Tuesday they said no we need 250 today

Same rate hikes every winter here in southern West Virginia every year. Just because the utility companies have a monopoly on the market, its not right they rape every single customer they have. The power company, the phone companies, water & sewer companies all do it. It's well past time to make a change.

Our bill had been more than ever the past few months. I don't believe their digital meters are accurate. I feel like something is interfering or they are manipulating them

I have 3 kids and on a fixed income so when aep meter men don't get out of their vechile and read the meter I have to pay for that. Yes I am a stay at home mom but I don't clean or wash clothes everyday but you wouldn't think that if you seen my bill every month. I keep my thermostat on 68 year round. When its nice outside I turn my heat pump off and open doors and windows but still get sent almost $200 bill. I'm sick and tired of over paying and really considering switching everything to gas. You need to change aep and the sooner the better!!!!

My wife had a heart attack and was off work applying for disability so we got behind! AEP charged a deposit because they said we had late payments! My wife explained our situation she was ill and off work they would not help in any way! I feel its discrimination to charge more because of her illness!

#1 Employer in WV is WV State Gov't. Folks haven't received pay raises since Bush Sr was pres.
