Its awful when aep can charge you more than your house payment and car payment,per month.wake up aep w.va. is a poor state.have some compassion on the people here.

I paid almost a 500 dollar bill because I moved and cut service off.. But they never turned it off and next month i got a bill for it.. Its ridiculous

I recently called myself due to a 150.00 increase in one month and we haven't even had cold weather yet I hate to see what it is for people on fixed incomes

Hard to survive paying all these fees every month I have too beg them to fix my bill and it takes for ever due to Be disconnected after a hour or more wait !I have video of this taking me 2hours to only get disconnected this happens to me two times .

I have questioned this several times they will not admit something is wrong ours is $200 for a 2 bedroom apt it's the exact same as last year when there was snow on the ground

With the weather we have had this year my electric is still extremely high compareD to summer. I agree we can not keep doing this especially when your electric is higher then house payment or car payment.
