AEP has a a monopoly on it's power. We here in Mercer County Wv pay entirely to much for electric services, and everytime we turn around they are asking for an increase or have already given one. Enough is Enough

electric bills are outrageously high , and I'm on a fixed income , they know it has to be paid because we have to have electricity to survive , I think this is crazy to charge people so much for it ...thanks

Our bill was $150 more than it was last year and we used the same amount of wattage. Bunch of BS! How are people supposed to get ahead in life when we can't catch a break even in our bills. Think of what your doing to families who work hard for a living and still can't make it through the winter months.

I Don"t Understand My Bill IsAlmost 300.00$ This Month , I Didn"t Have Christmas Light Up This Year, And I Don"t Use My Electic On It"s Off At The Box I , I Be Using Kerosene, Yall Did The Same Thing Last Year. Just Because It Gets Cold, Yall Just Up The Bill Higher, Like I Said I Don"t Use My Electic Heat. I Think It"s Ashame How Yall Do People. And If You Are On A fix Income Like I Am You Don"t Have A Chance. Like I Said I Use Kersone, Trying To Save On My Bill. YALL NEED TO STOP ABUSING PEOPLE

Last month we had temperatures in the 60's and 70's, you tell me why my electric bill went up to over $300???? This is ridiculous...I would expect this kind of bill of we had low temperatures and loads of snow, but we haven't had any of that yet.

My bill has doubled.I am 82 and live on a small social security check and can't keep paying such a bill.Someone has to help us.

Yep, been overcharged wayyyy too long. No way we use that amount and they just keep piling on charges and calling....
