People that are on fixed incomes like me and my mom will never be able to pay these high bills. Don't know what we are going to do.

Live in a very well insulated mobile home. My bill is never under $400. With a newer model heat pump. It's outrages.

They are out of control. I know for a fact I'm using half the heat I used last year cause half my heaters are broke. An my bill is still higher than last year. Is insane. They need to fix there rates before everybody goes to soler panels an they go out of business

Using gas heat in our home and the last bill increased 70 dollars...The heat pump has not been on at all...I know that can not be correct....We are being abused as customers.

Electricity has got everyone it's out of control there's no reason bills should be as high as they are and the less fortunate and the disabled on fixed income like myself between mortgage and electric and health insurance we stay broke and get pentilized when we don't so think about what we are doing for food gas and vehicle which most don't have

Grow up and make this right you all know better the electric charges are fraudulent, Why do we have to pay the retirement for the company when they all paid in for their retirement from their paychecks WTF did you all do spend the retirement fund and now the customers have to fit the bill?

This is truly out of hand and I'm sure a lot of the elderly are going without medications and families have to make a choice between eating and having electricity it's got to stop!!
