My bill has gone about a hundred dollars each month, my husband was in the hospital the months of nov and dec. was not home. This is ridiculous!!!!

my bill for dec was over 500 bucks. with my heat unit being down sice week before thanks given been heating with kerosene. called and asked why they just told me i must be using a lot of electric.. transformer that hook to my house humms all the time have reported it no ones has showed up yet. their are 2 other house on the same transformer and one of their pole light as well.and when my frig kicks and the pole lights on the pole lights goes out. 2 yrs ago had a powe rsurge and it frien dmy heat unti calee dtehm and they told me i had to fix it .been having problems ever since

They want to pretend this winter is as cold as usual. When I called they said bills run over $400 this time of year. But we haven't had to run the heat like other years, but the bill is the same. Fishy. I also have to pay a random deposit

The continued raise in electric rates from aep has made me have to choose medicine or electricity. Unfortunately since its winter i must have heat. Stop the rate increases...or at least make them smaller.
