Bill just keeps going up. Not a few dollars but by $50.00 plus. People on fixed income just can't keep this up.

People who are disabled in a monthly income can't afford to pay bills like this...

How does you bill go up when you burn a wood stove and the furnace was off the whole month of December??

We're retired and on a fixed income. Even with burning wood to supplement the price our bill was twice what it usually is.

We received a 700.oo bill, people freeze in our home because we keep the heat so low. We only leave major appliances plugged in and never leave lights on. My husband and I assumed something major had happened while we were on vacation, as we came home to this very high bill.. It's really sad to think, if it's going up this much for a mild winter... We'll all be in major trouble when we actually do get snow and ice.

They need to pay back to these communities who have overpaid Their electric bills! Many of my family and friends are affected, having to choose between getting their medicine, food, and their electric bills. Having to take loans to cover their bills! Going without power for days at a time related to "maintenance" to still receive a large electric bill that they have to borrow money just to meet the total? Something is definitely wrong here!

They don't even come out and read meters anymore. How do we know the usage is right
