Yea I totally agree the electric bill keeps going up!! Then you have someone like my mother and brother who haven't had electric in almost 7-8 months because of a pill head/drug addict was stealing their electric and instead of him getting punished they blamed my mom and brother and turned theirs off and wants to charge them almost 5 grand just to have electric again and now the weather's getting frigid worried about them!! I think the electric co should be the ones paying for their gas and kerosene for the heater and the generator!! Its a sad wva cares more about money then their citizens!!

I'm sick of paying high electric bills due to fees, Big Sandy retirement what's that about? I pay in my own retirement, I don't think I should have to pay for someone else's retirement.

I have seen a huge increase in my bill each month and I know that I never use that much electricity and when I went through all my past bills it shows a lil more increase each time. It was 377.00 this month and we wasn't even home over half the month. So yeah, I'm beyond fed up. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. What am I suppose to do? Let me kids eat or sit in the dark?? It's ridiculous!!

My power usage is less than a year ago per AEP yet my bill is $80 more this month. Why such an increase? Each winter month sets a new record for the amount of the bill for my home. I have a geothermal system and if not for it I would probably not be able to pay my bill.

I know that my electric bills is high, called AEP this morning just to talk to a snoddy lady that thought I owed her something. I work everyday to live and I don't owe AEP my life, but I think that $1140. Is way to much for a month.. people you guys are redictuless!!

I am a widow on a fixed income.and use propane to try and keep my AEP bill down. It was not cold last month and my bill was 535.00

My power bill goes up every month it is over 500 a month for a 2 bedroom house a small house. Heat is kept on 66-68 never above and in summer 75-78 it. It goes up every month for no reason. It is ridiculous.

My power bill has increased by over 50% in the past year, from $180 to $280 per month. I understand small increases due to employee raises and increased running costs but this is ludicrous.
