My electric bill went from around $350 in Decemeber 2016 to over $800 in January 2017. It doesn't make sense.

My bill has completely doubled in just the last month!!! Nobody should have a $500 electric bill when wood heat is your primary heat source!!! I am the only person home during the day so there are not a lot of electrical appliances and such being ran. This hike is absolutely unfair and is causing my family stress and worry when that is the last thing I need with my just having a total knee replacement!!!! I am furious!!!!

My power bill went from $30 to over $300 and I'm the only person that lives in my home. I use gas for my heat!

$416.03 bill. Called AEP and a woman told us it was because of a cold spell at Christmas. Legalized extortion at its finest.

I pay my electric bill through my bank account, they got out $160 & told me they never received it but I have proof from my bank stating there were 0 return fees, also was going to shut me down WITHOUT a termination notice!
