400.00 and 500.00 on a small single wide trailer is ridiculously crazy!!! You all over charging ppl is stupid everyone does not have the money to pay this much for u all to put in your pocket!!!

Its rediculous how high our bills are. How do they expect low or no income families to pay a $400. Bill through the winter months. Its impossible and just straight crazy....

Everything in wv is higher than other places. I've been to several states in the past few years. Utilities. Phones. Gas groceries. Clothing .housing it's all cheaper .but how do we afford to move when everything we have is here. God help us all .
