Lower prices. Stop taking advantage of our everyday needs. A lot of people are on checks and can't afford to buy their daily essentials because their power bills are way too high. It also takes from the kids too. Geez have some decency for the low income.

We have done everything to decrease our bill, new Windows, doors, insulting, appliances, hot water tank, heat pump, window blinds, insulated drapes, light bulbs, there are just the two of f us, and they are sticking it to us

The extra fees added to already high bills are extremely insulting and hurtful. Shame on AEP whose top executives make ridiculous salaries at the expense of customers. Public service commission? Serving whom?

I got my power bill today. I was over 300. Dollars and it's crazy that a bill could be that high no cooking or washing and drying haven't been home in three months and furnace is in 68 no way a home could use that with nothing being used
