My bill doubled in January when Ive actually used less heat because of all.our warm days. I also had a new charge of 96.00 for an additional deposit due to they said my bill increasing more per month. Please tell me how this makes sense??

My bill is higher than its ever been. I've turned down my heat and I'm away from home 10 plus hours a day...there is no way I'm using that much electric!!.

AEP is riping people off they don't have to go back two years and estimate our bills becouse the weather is not like it was two years ago so A E P make it right

Too many extra charges especially for people on fixed income. Power bills have way too many extra charges on them

Budget anniversary plus higher bill when my family was gone 10 days during this month for my mother's illness,death, and checking on my father in another state. Less Christmas decorations than normal just a tree no other lights. I do not understand how my usage is so much higher when most of the month was Warner than usual?

When your electric bill passes the amount of your house payment, then you know you are being ripped off! Especially when you have updated windows, heat, and appliance oh and I heat with GAS!!!

It's ridiculous I get my bill and it's 200.00 when I don't even use electric heat. Get bill after bill before I can get one paid and a disconnect notice every month.
