We pay for everything they buy like the power company in Michigan but they own it but we paid for it and what does the Psc get for letting them raise our bills do they get free electricity?

I cant afford to give one of my 2 paychecks a month to KEP. That leaves me 1 check for rent, food, gas, phone, internet, insurance, water and taking care of my 6 year old daughter. Does that sound reasonable to you?

My bill has never been this high I have nothing even running at my house all light has been off and not used much or my heat pump the weather has not been to cold so it is set to 70 along with that I have made requests 3 times for you to fix the night sreet lamp I pay for and it has been not working for 4 months this now and I keep being told they are sending someone to fix it! Yet I still get charged and it hasn't even been working. 892.38 is not ever what I have paid I have lived in the same house for 11 years and have never had a bill like this! Act 022-224-561-0-1 call me at(304) 660-6500 this is crazy!

I was told an AEP rep the "fees" are legal in the state of KY. Legal does not make it right !

Bill is the highest its ever been, and the elderly on a fixed income CANNOT pay an electric bill that is running that high.

We don't even heat with electric and it is over 300 a month,so many extra things you pay on your bill.If it wasn't for that it woouldnt be too badmines

These estimated bills, rather than our actual bills, are out of control. AEP has a monopoly but they still need to be realistic.

I get disability income by the time I pay my power bill that's half my check that still leaves me with needing. To pay rent and water and and needing to buy the bare necessities to live a month at a time

people that lives on a fixed income has to choose what to pay and what to leave go like med's , Dr appt.s and so on .. Also they are charging for a power plant that they said back in 2004 they was going to shut down in 2015 and turn around and charge the people because they shut it down plus charging extra for power they bring in from W Va when they own the power plant they say they have to buy the power from that plant ... If they own it why do they say they have to buy the power from a plant they own ? The CEO needs to stop being so greedy !
