I am 93 years old my income a month from social security is 744.00 ( I worked until I was 85) and my electric bill for one month is over 500.00. I live by my self. Please make them accountable

This has to end! I should not be paying almost $400 a month for a small two bedroom apartment even after we do everything possible to keep our bill low!

We pay 3 different Bill's, and they have all raised considerably. And why? We haven't had to use any more for heating. Unfair!!!!

Month before last my bill was only 135 and almost tripled to the next month. How is it possible to triple an electric bill in just a month? From 135 to 570 that's a huge difference. I could see if it was a huge house with about 10 people living in it but it's a small 2 bedroom trailer and it's just me the majority of the time. Just wanna know how it's so high!

It is a sin that the government has allowed a company to get so out of control on it's billings. I am a widow and live alone, my heat is on 65 degrees, and my power bill is nearly $400!!! This is certainly an instance when Frankfort/Washington politicians should step in and represent the people who put them there and find out exactly what AEP is doing!

Our bill has triple over 3 months!!..we both are on disability and absolutely cannot afford this..its not the electric costs we are complaining about,its all the added on charges!..they amount to more than the original bill!!

In one mine my bill increased $100. I could understand if my meter reading said my usage also increased but it did not.

Need to stop the high bills there is. A lot of people that has to pay for there meds and. Can't afford high bills when they shouldn't be high

My electric bill has jumped $200 this month and haven't even had electric running!! Plus I have two fireplaces keep with wood burning so please tell me how my bill went up so much?! I'm on fixed income with no help from government, don't receive food stamps or any assistance so why is it my family suffers when all I've done is payed in and worked all my life to be done this way????
