It's rediculous when a person's light bill reaches $500 a month. And ku doesn't care cause there making a killing. There not only taking from us but from children. They should be a shamed.

People in KY are taken advantage of by AEP. We do not have other companies to choose from. Their rate increases force people to choose if they will pay their other bills and eat or have electricity. Most elderly people in our communities live on fixed income, and most of the working class live on minimum wage jobs. Considering the decline in the economy AEP SHOULD strive to have affordable rates! My elderly mother, whom lives alone has a $548 Electric bill for 1 month! It disgusts me!

It absolutely sickens me the greed of our only choice AEP, only thing they are doing great in is keeping Kentucky in poverty and it has to stop We're barley making it and it seems they will look for anything they can to add a dollar to your bill. People need to stand up we cannot just set around on the couch and not saying anything I call for a protest! I'm ready whenever anybody else is

Bill double in amount and my heat rarely ever was turned up to 70* and only in the coldest of times. I also was using propane gas.

The rates are always going up, never down despite changes in the economy such as lower fuel prices, coal prices, etc. You can't just go somewhere else if you don't like it!

I live in a house heated with natural gas yet AEP has charged me over $500 in the past month. I live on less than $400 a month right now and feel I'm being scammed by AEP. They are forcing people to chose between food or electricity. They are nothing less than a monopoly and are draining people financially.

I don't think we should have to pay for other people's retirement. AEP isn't paying for my retirement and those other charges r unexceptable..school tax is ok but that's it..

I don't understand how my electric bill went $260 to $554 a month! I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to pay $554. It's crazy!!!!
