Our bill has more than doubled. I got on the budget plan and now it is more than double. It is a shame that people have to choose between electricity and feeding their families.

It is ridiculous to be charging people such high rates for electricity when they know clearly that people living on social security benefits or minimum wage cannot afford it. Shame on AEP, shame on us for allowing it to continue for as long as it has. Giving us tips on how to conserve energy is not enough because I have tried them. AEP needs to be accountable too. They should be able to find ways to cut their expenses the same as they expect us to do so. Start with eliminating some of the executive positions and lowering wages of those that determine the rates. Turn some of your electricity off in your offices when not needed such as when someone leaves the room. I could give more tips if needed to AEP.

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and pay over 135 every month it's crazy that my bill is that much for a small apartment !

It's freaking ridiculous that the bill is so freaking high!!! We pay and all they do is sit in the truck with Binoculars and try and see the numbers!! When did they stop actually walking up to your house and seeing your meter and now the stop 50 yards away and pull out the little binoculars!!! 800 dollars a month is just to high!!!

On budget plan. Pay 465.00 each month all year long. Last month bill was around 660.00. Month before 1000.00. No matter if it's warm winters or cold, seems like bill never goes down.

You don't do a favor for me AEP! I'm on a budget, and take all precautions to keep my bill lower! Your 49 dollars in fees is why I can't pay my bill!
