My electric bill is always outrageous through AED and so is my poor old dad and moms and just two of them in the household and elderly people on a fixed income.

They aren't supposed to take more than 2/12 of an entire bill and they have taken double that amount from me! We have rights as customers too.

I live in Wyoming county wva an this hike on the power bill is ridiculous!!! People struggle to pay there power bill an if it's not paid they want to cut it off there is no way that much electricity is used in a month it's the same power company AEP that has ran power here since I was a little girl how has electric changed when power bills were no more than 100 dollars a month to 800 or more a month !!! This needs to stop !!!

I have paid over $1700 in the last 2 months on my power bill and they came out today and cut it off and I have told them my wife has ms and other medical problems to where she needs power and all they said was they can't help something needs to be done

I HAVE BEEN MAKEING PAYMENTS FOR the last 2 months and now they won't to turn my power off after I have paid $1600 and I try to talk to them and tell them that I only get paid once a month and I have gotten a bill they want me to pay twice on they are way out of control

AEP IS JUST CAUSING THE EVERY DAY PERSON I JUST PAID 326.00 BECAUSE I DID NOT PAY MY BILL BY THE 21 ST OF THE MONTH NOT LIKE I OWE THEM THOUSANDS OF $$$$$ THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED IN THEIR TRACKS , PEOPLE LIVING ON A FIXED INCOME CAN NOT SURVIVE NO DAYS !!!!!!!!!!

my bill has been crazy within the last 3 months my bill has been 200 over what it was last yr and have changed nothing almost 600 electric bill since they put in new meter last yr it was 400

A.E.P., has No respect for people Having to rely on their services. They constantly find ways to rip off customers by jacking up rates . Its a shame you have to juggle bills in order to pay a GROWING light bill and sometimes do without food on the table.
If this petition helps put a stop to AEP :s GREED, then do so.

Our normal bill is 20-80 dollars per month for a house that is being renovated. This month $1200 and no one even lives there yet!!!

This is downright lunacy. They are the only provider where I live. They have a monopoly on power and people have no choice but to pay their ridiculous charges. There needs to be a government inquiry and some serious oversight needs to take place.

In the years I’ve been on my own, I’ve never seen an electric bill over $90. Since We moved into our new place, it’s $200!! A 950 sq ft apartment with $200 electric bill compared to my parents 3,000 sq ft home with two full fridges, a full freezer, TWO hot water tanks and a furnace going all the time is only $298. Makes no damn sense.
